Baking During COVID

We got a stainless steel working table to bake more. It’s been awesome to use and have the space and time to experiment.

So far, we’ve made the following and I’ve been taking photos playing with the light the window provides.

  • Sourdough bread - need to keep trying… crumb is super dense

  • Orange marmalade oat bars

  • Brioche - need to remake, dough too wet

  • Kombucha

  • Hokkaido Milk Bread

  • Salted Chocolate Shortbread - need to remake, dough too crumbly
